Opening soon for the most urgent cases first

Dear Bicton Place Patients,

Like us, you may have just heard on this evening's news that dental practices can open from 8th June. This is great news for all of us but before we can return to carrying out routine dental care there is still much that has to be done.

In anticipation of re-opening we have been doing our very best, behind the scenes, to ensure that we are able to provide dental care going forward, in a safe environment for everyone - both patients and staff.

Our usual levels of decontamination and cross infection are extremely high but COVID-19 means we have to raise them even further. There is a lot to put in place and sort out, and we are trying to ensure that we have the required levels of PPE and other materials needed and new policies and procedures in place throughout the practice.

Initially we must look after our most urgent cases but we are looking forward to seeing you back at Bicton Place and will be in touch with you to arrange or rearrange your appointments as soon as we can. It won't be 'business as usual' for some time but we assure you we will get up and running as soon as we possibly can.

In the meantime, if you are at all worried, concerned or have a dental emergency please don't hesitate to call us and we will be there for you.

See you soon.

All of us at Bicton Place
